Please note that production times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive. During busy periods, it may take a little longer to complete and ship your item — but rest assured, it’s worth the wait.

Before shipping, every piece is carefully inspected for quality and fully assembled to ensure all parts fit perfectly to our exact specifications. We take quality control seriously — nothing leaves our workshop without a final check.

We also recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery, ideally before signing or accepting it from the parcel service. If you notice any visible damage, please report it immediately to the courier and document it with photos before accepting the parcel. This helps us and the shipping carrier resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Shipping Rates

  • Slovakia (DPD): 10 €
  • Europe (outside Slovakia) (DPD): 20 €
  • Great Britain (Postal Service): 30 €
  • United States (Postal Service): 50 €

Shipping prices are flat-rate and include handling and packaging.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU (such as to the United Kingdom or the USA), any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may vary depending on your local regulations.
