- Nature of Product & Made-to-Order Policy
- Each product is individually crafted upon order, making every item unique. Variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and part of the product’s character as an art piece.
- Due to the unique and limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt
2. No Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
- In accordance with Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll., Section 19(1)(c), and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- As such, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once an order is confirmed and production has started.
3. Shipping & Damage Claims
- Products are packaged securely and shipped using reputable carriers.
- We are not responsible for any delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the shipping provider after dispatch.
- If your product arrives damaged, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide clear photo documentation of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Compensation or replacement will be considered only if the shipping company confirms the damage claim.
4. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are purchasing a non-returnable, non-refundable, custom-made art piece.
- You have read and accepted the product description and acknowledge the handcrafted nature of the item.
- You accept full responsibility for the item upon delivery, excluding cases of proven shipping damage.
- You understand that these items are intended as decorative artwork only and not functional or structurally load-bearing.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be held liable for:
- Minor aesthetic differences resulting from manual craftsmanship.
- Any damage caused by improper installation or handling after delivery.
- Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country — these are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
